So I was definitely excited to try these Green Crack Sativa gummies, but if I’m being honest, I was sorely disappointed.
Erth Wellness has rapidly become one of my favorite companies, especially since they have a similar mission to ours. Over the months, I’ve tried a variety of Erth Wellness products and was thoroughly impressed. So of course I had high hopes for this bag, but I quickly realized I made a few mistakes.
To begin, these gummies are composed solely from Delta 9 THC. After trying endless products, I’ve come to learn that D8 and D9 are essentially micro-dosages. As a result, these derivatives are not anywhere as strong as The THCa, THCo, and THCp derivatives. The gummies I like with D8 and D9 in them are also mixed with other compounds, so I should’ve realized that these gummies might fall a little short of my expectations.

On the same hand, these gummies don’t have a high dosage. Each bag came with 30 gummies, each gummy has 10mg of THC for a total of 300mg of THC. Upon reflection, the Flying Horse gummies we loved so much were 1200mg. The Native Extracts I enjoyed were 50mg, so these gummies just weren’t going to cut it.
The bag recommended that I start with one gummy, but after I saw the low dosages, I started with two. The effects at two were still mild, so I upped the dosage to three or four in one shot quickly. At that dosage, I definitely felt more of a high, but then I experienced another major issue: the crash.
At first I didn’t make the connection, but each time I took them gummies I would be so exhausted about 4 or 5 hours later. I wasn’t the only one who experienced this either. I shared a few gummies with some friends and all of us were yawning non stop by the time the high wore off.
Despite these issues though, I really enjoyed these gummies when it comes to flavor and texture. The Green Apple was on point and the residue didn’t bother my teeth as much as other brands. They were a little too sweet for early mornings, for me anyway, but I thought they were so good. The hemp taste was nonexistent too.
Unfortunately, though, these aren’t comparable to some of my other favorites like the Utokia Active or Native Extracts Skywalker gummies. While they did get me high, I’ve been saving the last few for movie nights or games nights where I’m not required to move around a lot.G
Erth Wellness Green Crack Gummies Personal Rating
The best qualities of these Green Crack gummies were the smell and taste. Everyone agreed, the green aple was delicious and the hemp flavoring was minimal. As a result, the Smell and Taste both received an 8 out of 10. As for the Texture and Residue, well these are gummies after all and I’m not the biggest fan of gummies. These Erth Wellness gummies were one of the better ones I’ve had though. For both the Texture and Aftertase, these gummies scored a 7 out of 10.
The High Strength and Duration are where the score loses a few points. The High Strength was minimal since these are only 10mg. I needed to take more than 3 to feel a decent buzz and that would make me blow through the bag quicker. So for that category, these gummies earned a 4 out of 10. The High Duration was as expected — as long as I took the right amount, so that quality earned a 6 out of 10.
Overall, these Green Crack gummies scored a 6.5 out of 10. These would be great for beginners and lightweights. Or people who want to microdose. If you’re a more experienced smoker, then these gummies may not be for you.
Erth Wellness Green Crack Gummies Final Conclusion
Overall, I don’t think I’d purchase these again. The company would have to tweak the dosage and find a way to manage the crash effects for me to reconsider. With that being said though, the crashes may have come from overloading on the dosage. Therefore for someone who’s solely interested in microdosing or experimenting, these gummies might be helpful in giving you a starting place. And again, they tasted really good.
