Monthly Weed Flower & Vape Haul Recap: Nov 2024

Monthly Weed Flower and Vape Haul Recap-November 2024 featured.

This year and the month of October specifically, flew by for me. I started this blog in the summer, reviewing the Rainbow and White Runtz. Before I knew it, I was looking up spooky strains for Halloween. Now it’s the end of November and Christmas is right around the corner.

I’m sure you don’t want to hear about that and rather I get to the recap, which brings me to my point. I’ve been so lucky to find my favorite store again and while this month’s strains were a little disappointing, I’m just excited to have a regular fully stashed house again.

On top of that, while my flower haul remained the same, I switched it vape wise. I also explored some of the Modus edibles that turned out to be much better than I thought it would be. Stepping out of my comfort zone is certainly no easy task, but I’m pretty satisfied with the way this month turned out.

Two Flower Strains for November 2024 Were Purple Plat and Molotov Cocktail

When I went for my purchase, there were 10 options and narrowing my choices was a little tough. Ultimately, I decided on Purple Plat since purple is one of my favorite colors and then settled on Molotov Cocktail. Now with that being said, as I mentioned, this month’s haul flower wise was a smidgen disappointing. Both strains felt dry and crumbly to the touch and Purple Plat turned off all the time no matter what I rolled it in. But they both got me high and I suppose that’s what really matters here, isn’t it?

Purple Plat:

THC: 23%Effects: euphoric, relaxed, and happy
Strain: Indica-HybridGood for: bipolar, anxiety, depression, headaches, inflammation, muscle spasms, and more.

Molotov Cocktail:

THC: 27%Effects: calming body high, feeling more sociable, uplifted, motivated, and focused
Strain: HybridGood for: PTSD, fatigue, anxiety, depression, and stress

Interestingly, not only did both strains feel similar, but they also smelled and looked similar. However, taste and quality were different. As much as I wanted to love the Purple Plat, I experienced way too many problems with the joints turning off or canoeing. The Molotov, however, burned much better and seemed to give me an overall good high.

Both strains were hybrids, but the Purple Plat leaned more toward Indica. The Purple Plat is a baby of Purple Kush and did have more purple hues, as the name suggested. Molotov Cocktail, on the other hand, is an even hybrid, created by combining Sour Deisel and Gas Mask. Purple Plat certainly tasted better and had some fruity notes to the nugs. Molotov Cocktail had a bit more sourness but wasn’t as powerful.

Visually wise, these strains were a little easier to tell apart, as the Purple Plat was darker with more purples. The purples were beautiful and definitely overshadowed Molotov. As a result, Purple Plat scored a 7 and Molotov a 6 for appearances. The aroma and flavor were also better with the Purple Plat. It was stronger and sweeter. So for Aroma and Flavor, Plat scored a 7, meanwhile Molotov scored 6.

For High Strength, Molotov won, scoring a 7, which makes sense because it has more THC. However, the Purple Plat turning off often can also be a factor. The Quality and Burn are where these two strains differed the most. Molotov had a nice even burn and Purple Plat didn’t. As a result, Molotov scored higher in both areas.

The Vape Flavor Was Green Crack by Modus

As I mentioned before, I switched it up this month. Although there’s a big part of me that missed the High Leaf and Flying Horse vapes I would get. I ordered a few vapes, but the first one I reviewed this month was the Green Crack Knockout Blend. I tried this one first because I had a Green Crack cart in the past and wanted to compare. Sadly, I was disappointed. The vape is cute, small and compact. Definitely easy to carry in my tiny “girl pockets.”

THC: 17%Effects: Energize, focused, and more creativity
Strain: SativaGood for: depression, anxiety, stress,

However, flavor wise, this cart was lacking. It tasted much more like backyard weed, which wasn’t bad, but not what I expected. As a result, the Modus Knockout Green Crack cart earned a 5 out of 10. I also thought the blend to be a little lacking and not as strong as I would’ve liked, so that scored a 5 as well. The Pull Force and Clog factor was on point, though, tied with most of my favorite brands at a 2 out of 10.

Overall, that brings the final score to a 4.5 out of 10, one of the lowest scores I’ve given. I really wanted to like this vape, and it did last awhile for being 3g, but I don’t think I’d order this version again. The other ones were a lot better and I can’t wait to share my experience with you next month.

Where Can You Find or Buy THC Flower or CBD Products?

Obviously, I cannot recommend real weed. The laws around MJ are still iffy, but I can recommend hemp products like THCA and Delta 9. Over the years, I’ve tried many derivatives. I’ll share more of experiences as I share more of my journeys, but for now, some of my favorites are THCA, THCO, and THCP. In fact, most of my vapes are THCA or THCO.

Finding powerful derivatives and reputable companies to purchase from hasn’t been easy, but lucky for you, I’ve done the hard part of researching so you don’t have to. Currently, I’ve partnered with The Hemp Doctor to bring you some of the most potent hemp products at a 10% discount, so you can enjoy some benefits I’ve reviewed in this article today by using my link.

While The Hemp Doctor didn’t have Molotov Cocktail, if you’d like to dabble with one of the parent strains, they offer the Sour Diesel strain in THCA flower prerolls. You can also visit the Exclusive Discounts page to view our other partners and their special deals for our viewership. All websites also have a variety of other hemp products including gummies, vapes, drinks, edibles, and more. Be sure to consume safely and positive vibes all around!

Thank you for reading! Have you tried the Purple Plat, Molotov Cocktail or Modus brands before? If so, what do you think? We’d love to hear from you in the comments below!

PS: Stay tuned for next week’s article where I’ll share more about my newest strain purchases!
