Lemon Garlic Butter Chicken and Green Beans Skillet

Lemon and Garlic Butter Chicken Recipe Featured Image.

Garlic is a seasoning that can be used in every dish. AmIright? I also feel similarly about lemon and meat. Fish, steak, chicken—it’s all good with a few slices of lemon.

One night I was on the hunt for a quick, high-protein meal. In fact, most of these recipes come from whipping up a meal at a moment’s notice. I was in the mood for something flavorful and simple. This quick one-pan meal didn’t disappoint. Veggies are not a staple that I’m afraid of, so I enjoyed adding a variety to the pan dish on occasion. More veggies only made the dish more flavorful, and I was in heaven. Surprisingly, too, my picky family enjoyed the chicken. Not the veggies, though. This meal is great with rice pilaf. You don’t have to go crazy either, you can’t just make it alongside the Rice a Roni box mix.

This meal is quick, easy, and delicious, especially because I will usually prepare the ingredients ahead of time and marinate the chicken in a baggie. You don’t have to marinate it though. You can mix it all together in the pan when you’re ready to cook.
