I love salmon, but I’m the only one who eats it. If you read my other lemon and garlic recipe, then you would know that I also love lemon and garlic. Combine all three and what do you get? An aromatically delicious baked Salmon. I am also a veggie person, so I had to throw in some asparagus and tomatoes to really bring the dish together. It was delicious and tangy and so incredibly yummy!
Salmon and Asparagus with Lemon Garlic Butter
Ingredients
- 1 lb Salmon fillets
- .25 cup Lemon juice
- 8 Garlic cloves
- .25 cup Butter
- 4 tbsp Cilantro
- 1 lb Asparagus
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450.
- Arrange salmon and asparagus into an oven pan.
- Combine butter, lemon juice, garlic, and cilantro.
- Spread 3/4 portion of the butter onto the salmon fillets and the other 1/4 onto the asparagus.
- Cook in the oven, uncovered, for about 15-20 minutes.
