Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken breast cubed Cal: 490; Carb: 0g; Fat: 14g; Pro: 92g
  • 1/2 cup flour (to coat) Cal: 228; Carb: 48g; Fat: 1g; Pro: 6g
  • 2 tbsp olive oil Cal: 80; Fat: 9g

Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Honey Cal: 515; Carb: 140g; Fat: 0g; Pro: 1g
  • 2 tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce Cal: 21
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar Cal: 5
  • 6 Garlic Cloves (Measure with your heart) Cal: 27
  • 2 tbsp Garlic Powder Cal: 19

Instructions
 

  • Cube chicken breasts into desired size.
  • Coat chicken evenly in flower. You can shake it in a container or use a large baggie.
  • Heat oil and fry the floured chicken in the oil over medium flame until golden brown.
  • While the chicken cooks, in a separate bowl, mix the honey, soy sauce, vinegar and garlics together.
  • Once the chicken is full cooked, add the sauce into the frying pan and stir chicken. Cook for a few minutes to thicken the sauce.
  • Turn off heat and serve.

Notes

Best served with rice, especially brown rice and quinoa.
