Instructions
Cube chicken breasts into desired size.
Coat chicken evenly in flower. You can shake it in a container or use a large baggie.
Heat oil and fry the floured chicken in the oil over medium flame until golden brown.
While the chicken cooks, in a separate bowl, mix the honey, soy sauce, vinegar and garlics together.
Once the chicken is full cooked, add the sauce into the frying pan and stir chicken. Cook for a few minutes to thicken the sauce.
Turn off heat and serve.
Notes
Best served with rice, especially brown rice and quinoa.
