Ingredients
  

  • 8-10 oz Fresh Brewed Bustelo Espresso
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Powder Cal: 170; Carb: 8g; Fat: 2.5g; Pro: 30g
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Coffee Creamer Cal: 15; Carb: 5g; Fat: 1g; Pro: 0

Instructions
 

  • Brew a fresh cup of coffee to your liking. You can use whatever brand you desire, although we enjoy Bustelo.
  • Input the scoop of vanilla whey podwer into a shaker or blender. If you don't like vanilla or enjoy othrrother flavors, check out the notes for some of my other favorite combinations.
  • Add vanilla creamer or check out the note section for other variation ideas.
  • Add fresh brewed coffee to shaker and shake well.
  • Tweak creamer or other sweeteners to taste.
