- 8-10 oz Fresh Brewed Bustelo Espresso
- 1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Powder Cal: 170; Carb: 8g; Fat: 2.5g; Pro: 30g
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Coffee Creamer Cal: 15; Carb: 5g; Fat: 1g; Pro: 0
Brew a fresh cup of coffee to your liking. You can use whatever brand you desire, although we enjoy Bustelo.
Input the scoop of vanilla whey podwer into a shaker or blender. If you don't like vanilla or enjoy othrrother flavors, check out the notes for some of my other favorite combinations.
Add vanilla creamer or check out the note section for other variation ideas.
Add fresh brewed coffee to shaker and shake well.
Tweak creamer or other sweeteners to taste.
